The University for Development Studies (UDS) congregation ceremony schedule (date, time and venue) for undergraduate and postgraduate students for November 2021 has been released for the award of BSc, PGD, MSc, MPhil, MA, MCom and PhD.
The management of the University for Development Studies (UDS) 22nd congregation ceremony schedule, registration and rehearsal dates for 2021 has been announced.

The University for Development Studies (UDS) congregation fees and payment guidelines for 2021 graduands have been released.
UDS Congregation Fees Payment
The University for Development Studies (UDS) will hold its 22nd Congregation on the Tamale Campus (Multipurpose Auditorium) on Saturday, November 6, 2020 for all Undergraduate Graduands and all Postgraduate Diploma, Masters, PhD graduands.
First Class Honours graduands and all Postgraduate graduands are invited to be physically present for the event. The rest of the graduands will follow proceedings of the event online.
Link for Livestream of the congregation will be made available from November 3, 2020.
The graduands are advised to bring along their own face masks and wear them throughout the ceremony.
Also, the University wishes to advise graduands not to come along with their guests. This is to avoid overcrowding at the event.
Payment of Congregation Fees
All graduands are required to pay an amount of Two Hundred and Ninety Ghana Cedis (GHS290.00) as Congregation fee.
The fee should be paid using the UDS Graduation Fee Payment Platform at any of the following banks: Stanbic Bank, GCB Bank, National Investment Bank (NIB), Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Zenith Bank, and Ecobank.
Graduands may also pay the fee online using https://pay.uds.edu.gh.
Graduands attending the ceremony will be expected to make their own arrangements for transportation, accommodation and meals.
NB: Graduands are expected to make full payment of all fees owed the University before their certificates will be released.
Dress Code
The dress code is strictly formal attire and the academic gown. Graduands who do not adhere to this will not be permitted to participate in the Ceremony.
Issuance of Certificates
Graduands who are to participate in the face-to-face Congregation will be issued certificates on the same day.
The rest of the graduands can pick their certificates from Monday, November 8, 2020.
