• Members of civil organizations and institutions that serve the public interest, or workers who have done a great job for at least five years.
• People who have gotten an award of thanks from a local, regional, or international group that focuses on doing good work for people.
• Volunteers with at least five years of service or 500 hours of charity work are eligible for this award.
• Humanitarian work is funded by people who give at least Dh2 million or an amount equal to that.
• The authority and the Ministry agree on all the other kinds of charity work.
• A minister can also put forward people who have been leaders in helping people.

• Taking care of other rules set by a government or authority.

Investors in Public Investments:

• Get a Dh2 million deposit from an approved financial fund in the UAE.
• Have a valid business or industrial license and a memorandum of association that says the investor has at least Dh2 million in capital.
• Be a financial partner in a business with at least Dh2 million.
• Send a letter from the Federal Tax Authority that says the investment pays at least Dh250,000 to the government every year.
• Send a letter from the Federal Tax Authority saying that he is a partner in a business that pays taxes to the government and that his share of those taxes is at least Dh250,000 per year.

Real Estate Investors:

• Own one or more properties that are worth at least Dh2 million and say that they are not being used as collateral for a loan.

• Get an “A” or an average of 95% from either a public or a private school.
• The Ministry of Education has written a letter of reference.

Graduates of Accredited Universities in UAE:

• A letter of reference from the college that says his GPA is at least (3.8).

Graduates of Accredited Universities Outside the UAE:
