Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily fleet operations, including route planning and vehicle maintenance.

Team Leadership

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of dispatchers, drivers, and administrative staff.

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

• Develop strategies to boost profitability and improve operational efficiency.

Compliance and Safety Management

• Ensure adherence to Canadian transportation regulations and safety standards.

• Create and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the transportation or logistics sector.
• Deep understanding of fleet operations, logistics management, and compliance.

Leadership
