REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
LOCATION: TAKORADI
ACCOMODATION: YES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for induction and orientation for new recruits
  • Facilitation and Implementation of approved training programs
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify training materials as appropriate
  • Conduct training needs assessment and design training program

QUALITIES OF CANDIDATE

  • High degree of professionalism in delivery of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • A good team player; relate well with supervisors and subordinates
  • Be able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good administrative and organization skills

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of first Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar roles
  • Membership to Professional certification is an added advantage.
