THE JOB

ROLE: TRAINEE GROWTH HACK OFFICER

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives for brand and products (Essential).
  • Design, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns on google ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
  • Create corporate brand and use marketing channels to build the brand.
  • Engage people and build awareness for brand and products.
  • Create social media and other digital media channels and build strong online brand presence.
  • Create non-electronic marketing channels and deliver marketing objectives.
  • Ability to design graphics, flyers, posters and other resources for marketing drives (Essential).
  • To create posting on social media that will build story for the brand and the products.
  • Work with buyers to form product management teams in building product brand.
  • To measure, evaluate and review marketing performance through both EC and NEC.
  • Reputation manager and story-teller on all our corporate brand and reputation.

YOUR CORE COMPETENCES

  • Communication: Writing creative posts for marketing campaigns.
  • Graphic design (Essential)
  • Analytical: For designing, analyzing and evaluation marketing campaigns.
  • Social: Ability to engage people online and offline to build engagement.

ACADEMIC ENDEAVORS

  • Preferred BSc in Business Administration (Marketing and Sales) or BSc/BA in Social Science, Humanities (essential).
  • Postgraduate degree in marketing or MBA
