TIPS FOR LADIES: HOW TO GET BIGGER HIPS AND BUTT

Most women, especially the youth, are so keen and eager to get big hips and butt. They tend to believe that, having a big butt or hips is attractive and looks healthy too. One thing ladies must understand is that you cannot make your butt and hips bigger if you fail to exercise. Though there are some drugs and supplements that can help you in this regard, there are other natural solutions. Below are some tips for getting a bigger hip and butt.

  • The first method is to perform butt-shaping exercises.

These butt-shaping exercises include; squatting, and lunges – where you stand with your shoulders back and your feet also about your shoulder-width apart.  Then you bring one leg forward and lower your hip to your knee. Also challenge yourself by doing a walking lunge, side lunges, and deadlifts.

  • The Second method is hip lifting.

Here, you lay down with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Then with your shoulders and arms relaxed by your side, you lift your hips gently. This will help contract and isolate your glutes.

  • You can also try yoga. 

Yoga poses will help enlarge your hips and butt. It will also build your muscles and you become very flexible.

  • Mind your diet as well.

It is often said that you are what you eat. Thus, to become what you want to be you have to be conscious of what you take in. You should have a meal plan that will increase and build your hips and butt without adding fats to your body. Some healthy diets you can take in include dry fruits, peanut butter, sweet potatoes, and mayonnaise.

  • Also, you can get a regular butt massage.

This will help relax your gluteal muscles, and strengthen and enlarge the hips and butt. You can also get coconut oil and use it to massage your butt.  Coconut oil is very advantageous.

  • You can wait patiently instead of trying other methods. 

Research findings suggest that one’s hips and butt grow bigger with time and age. Thus, if you are not in so much haste, then you can relax so that the hips and butt will develop in their own time.

There is actually no quick method to get a big hip and butt. It all takes time. Just be careful of what you eat, exercise regularly,  be patient and be persistent.
