Job Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Driving Program Performance: Establish governance over prioritization decisions to align with key performance indicators.
Building Knowledge: Acquire the technological expertise needed to assess readiness through reviews and communications.
Team Collaboration: Work within a diverse team to execute work plans and schedules effectively.
Risk Management: Identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project delivery and success.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Over 5 years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Proven track record of being detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow through on initiatives.
Software Development Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS or GCP preferred).
Program Management Skills: Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
Certifications: PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Location: Must reside in Porto, as this is a hybrid role.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English is mandatory.
