Job Description:
TAF College is seeking an Administrator with at least two years of school administration experience to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate should comprehend the TVET curriculum, be creative, have project management experience, and be proficient in using social media for communication.
Principal Responsibilities:
School Management:
- Lead and manage TAF College’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment. The college administrator will be in charge of ensuring that all areas of the institution’s operations run properly. This entails overseeing the management of facilities, resources, and personnel in order to establish an optimal learning environment.
- Supervise administrative personnel, teachers, and support people to ensure their roles are in line with the school’s objectives and goals: The administrator will give administrative staff, teachers, and support personnel leadership and guidance. They will ensure that each team member’s responsibilities are in line with the mission and goals of the college, establishing a cohesive and purpose-driven workforce.
Curriculum Knowledge:
- Have a thorough understanding of the TVET curriculum, ensuring that GE educational programs fulfill the highest standards: The college administrator must be well-versed in the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) curriculum. This knowledge is critical for maintaining and improving the quality of educational programs, ensuring that they meet or surpass industry standards.
- Develop, execute, and enhance educational methods in collaboration with academic teams. The administrator will collaborate closely with academic teams to develop and improve teaching and learning strategies. Curriculum development, assessment methodologies, and ongoing improvement are all part of providing the finest education possible.
Student and Staff Relations:
- Encourage constructive interactions among students, faculty, and parents. addressing any problems or issues as soon as possible: It is critical to establish and maintain healthy ties within the campus community. The administrator should be proactive in addressing issues and concerns.

- Create and implement ways to improve student involvement and contentment.
- The administration should devise strategies to improve student performance.
- Establishing an environment where children can be engaged and satisfied and feel encouraged and supported in their learning
Budget Control:
- Effectively manage the college budget, ensuring financial sustainability while allocating resources: Effective budget management is essential for the college’s financial survival.
- The administrator should prudently manage resources while balancing financial limits and educational needs.
Accreditation and compliance:
- Ensure that the college follows all applicable educational laws, norms, and regulations: Compliance with educational laws and regulations
- Regulations are critical to the college’s integrity and image.
- Work to obtain and keep the required accreditations and certifications.
- Obtaining and maintaining relevant accreditations and certifications demonstrates the college’s commitment to excellent education and should be a priority for the administrator.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of school management experience: To establish a firm foundation in educational leadership, the administrator should have a minimum of two years of experience in a school management capacity.
- Profound grasp of the TVET curriculum: A thorough comprehension of the TVET curriculum is required to effectively guide educational programs.
- Strong project management skills: In order to successfully implement multiple initiatives, the administrator must be knowledgeable in project management.
- Innovative and creative mindset: Encouraging innovation and creativity is critical for educational improvement.
- Social media communication and marketing expertise: Social media fluency is vital for current communication and marketing initiatives.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
