Swedish Institute She Entrepreneurs Program 2025
Are you a female entrepreneur hailing from the vibrant regions of the Middle East or North Africa, passionate about establishing a sustainable business that addresses pressing climate challenges? The She Entrepreneurs 2025 initiative, spearheaded by the esteemed Swedish Institute, presents a transformative leadership program specifically designed to empower women who aspire to make a significant impact in their communities and beyond.
She Entrepreneurs is an immersive six-month initiative crafted to equip highly motivated women entrepreneurs with the necessary practical skills, strategic guidance, and a strong support network essential for fostering business growth. This program is particularly tailored for companies that deliver innovative sustainable solutions across critical sectors, including water management, renewable energy, sustainable food production, the circular economy, eco-friendly manufacturing, infrastructure development, and transportation.
This dynamic program includes online seminars on essential business concepts, one-on-one mentorship, and a week-long intensive course in Stockholm. Participants will refine their business strategies and plan for expansion while connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs committed to sustainability. Joining She Entrepreneurs enhances your skills and amplifies your impact as a leader in sustainability.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the She Entrepreneurs 2025 program, you need to:
- Be a female entrepreneur managing an established business prepared for growth.
- Your enterprise should possess the ability to achieve financial sustainability and aid in solutions for a sustainable climate.
- Reside in Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, or Tunisia.
- Possess strong English abilities in both verbal and written communication.
Program Structure
The program lasts for six months and encompasses:
1. Virtual Training & Guidance (Late April – Late October 2025)Â
- Consistent seminars conducted by seasoned business owners and sector specialists.
- Learning in small groups and collaborating with peers.
- Personalized coaching and guidance.
- Also, formulating business strategies for growth and lasting influence.
2. In-Person Learning Week in Stockholm (22 – 28 September 2025)Â
- Workshops conducted face-to-face, site visits, and chances for networking.
- Direct involvement in Stockholm’s influence on the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- One-on-one guidance from worldwide industry experts.

Assessment of ApplicationsÂ

InterviewsÂ
- Approximately 50 selected candidates will be invited for virtual interviews.
- Timeline: March 31 – April 9, 2025
Enrollment & ChoiceÂ
- Thirty chosen candidates will get acceptance emails.
- A list of reserves will be formed in the event that vacancies become available.
