About the Fellowship

Fellows join firmwide programming, learning sessions, and coffee chats with senior leaders.
What Fellows Receive
Fellows earn paid work experience at a global financial firm. They gain exposure to sustainable finance practitioners and leaders. Projects may include research, modelling, and presentations. The role may also include other firm-sponsored benefits. The programme does not include a return offer of full-time employment.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be working toward a master’s degree. They must show a clear interest in sustainability and finance. They should explain complex ideas clearly. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Applicants should work well independently and in teams.
