Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership: Lead the integration of sustainability initiatives across asset management.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all assets meet local, regional, and national sustainability targets.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Experience: A strong background in implementing sustainability or climate initiatives in the built environment or public sector.
  • Funding Knowledge: Understanding of funding opportunities such as the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme.
  • Local Authority Experience: Experience working with local or combined authorities.
  • Qualifications: A relevant degree or professional accreditation (e.g., IEMA, CEnv, engineering) is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities and familiarity with frameworks like PAS 2080, BREEAM, and MEES.
