Job Duties

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions.
Conducting analysis workshops and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaborating with stakeholders to articulate business requirements into UAT scripts.
Participating in all phases of ERP implementations, including planning and deployment.
Analyzing supply chain processes, including forecasting and procurement.
Utilizing technology software integrations to enhance program delivery.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience in three full life-cycle ERP implementations, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.
Knowledge of biopharmaceutical supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Familiarity with the HP ALM tool for test planning and execution.
