ADB internships pay based on a monthly stipend that ranges from $1,000 to $2,200, depending on the role and level. Some interns may also be eligible for other allowances, such as money for travel or money to help pay for housing.

The ADB Internship Program has a competitive selection process that includes filling out an online application form, sending in required documents, and passing an interview. There are both technical and behavioral questions about your experience, skills, and education at the interview.

Criteria for eligibility
For an internship at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), you must:
- be enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program at a university in one of the ADB’s member countries.
- be a citizen of an ADB member country
- Have very good English skills.
- There is no need to show proof of an English language test.
How the ADB chooses people
People who want to apply will do so through the ADB’s online portal.
All of the documents (CVs, essays, etc.) that are uploaded will be put online.
In any case, applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
