A study plan is a type of academic essay that outlines the students times and learning goals. Besides attending classes, there are other activities, and engagements. Creating a study plan will thus enable you to organise yourself in how you spend your time. A study plan will show how you intend to manage your academic studies with jobs and other extracurricular activities.

When Applying for admission into a Chinese University, you’ll be asked to write a study plan. This study plan outlines why you wish to study in China, your learning goals for studying in China as well as what you plan to do after you successfully graduate from a Chinese University. Below is a guidelines on how to write a good study plan for Chinese CSC scholarship application.

To create a good Study plan for China, here are some instructions to guide you in your writing.

1. Firstly, you must include your name and your past academic credentials.
2. Secondly you must state your research education and the name of the institution.
3. Next, you must give brief information about your educational achievements.
4. Before entering China, you may have your own beliefs about their culture. State those beliefs you have about their culture.
5. Additionally, state reasons why you wish to study in China despite the many well-known universities available.
6Also, state your learning objectives or goals. Be brief and concise here.
7. Moreover, give a brief or detailed explanation of how you plan to study in China.
8. More so, List your strength and weaknesses.
9. Finally, conclude with assurance and hope to hear from them.

STUDY PLAN SAMPLE

1. Providing an overview:
Sample: The passion I have for psychology and the idea of curing people of their mental instability has driven me to this university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the field of Psychology.

2. Provide reasoning about the institution
Sample: I have decided to study psychology at Lincoln University after a thorough search for a university that suits my field. Therefore, the main reason why I prefer your institution is because it has the best psychology department that any others in China. I believe I can learn other courses alongside.

3. Do a lot of work on your research
Sample: Every year in September, I volunteer to support the “Finding the therapist” campaign organized by your institution. Our main aim for this campaign is to help people seek help from therapy. This will help relieve them of their pain and depression, and also save people from suicidal attempts.

4. State your career objectives
Sample: What I plan to do after graduation is to secure a job as an apprentice at the Mental Hospital in China. There, I can assist in treating patients with psychological issues. The reason for doing this is to enable me to gain experience to be able to deal with all types of patients and also learn from other Psychologists.

5. Challenges
Sample: one obstacle I believe ill be facing is how to manage my studies with other part-time jobs. To solve this, I have planned to cover all the subjects that are not core during my non-working hours. On the other hand, other major subjects will be covered during weekends. This will enable me to have ample time for both core and elective subjects.

6. Strategies for studying
Sample: My plans to strategies my studies include, covering two of the subjects which are not core on Tuesday night after my 5-8 part-time job shift. Then on Wednesday, I’ll have my basketball practice. I’ll also use this day to read and make notes. The other three non-core subjects will also be studied on Thursday and Friday. On weekends, one major or elective subject will be treated and I’ll also use the opportunity to do other assignments.

In conclusion, try to double-check your content to avoid grammatical mistakes. Also, check other samples and try to be real. Importantly, know your limit and avoid writing more than you expected.
