Program Overview

The subsequent cohort will assemble in person at Trinity Church in New York City in September 2025. In the initial year, fellows engage in online courses to enhance the essential qualities required for effective leadership.

The second year of the fellowship focuses on executing action initiatives. In September 2027, chosen individuals will be invited to become members of the Trinity Society of Fellows, where they will connect with a global network of leaders dedicated to serving their communities.

September 2025:

During a preliminary weeklong in-person assembly at Trinity Church, fellows will engage with their mentors and teachers. They will participate in a session focused on utilizing their beliefs and values to identify a distinctive leadership trajectory. This evaluative procedure will influence the remainder of the fellows’ curriculum. The week will also feature a course on community organizing.  In 2025, new fellows will come on September 14 and depart on September 19. Attendance in person is mandatory for everyone.

September 2025 until August 2026:Participants will partake in live online educational sessions with prominent researchers and professionals on essential competences for effective leadership. The curriculum encompasses adaptive leadership, conflict transformation, change management, church and non-profit management, and social entrepreneurship, all delivered from a faith-based viewpoint and guided by the discernment exercises and formation objectives of individual fellows.

September 2026:

Fellows will reassemble at Trinity Church for a weeklong assembly to engage with the next batch of fellows and present their implementation projects.

September 2026 until August 2027:

Fellows will execute their programs with the support of their peers and mentors, convening with their cohort for ongoing assistance.

September 2027:

The cohort will be initiated into the Trinity Society of Fellows.
