HOW TO APPLY?

Are you ready to apply to study abroad?

First Step

Apply online through the Common App or our institutional application. Only one application should be submitted per student.

Step Two

Before the application deadline, finish the following tasks on the Application Status Check:

• Fill out the International School Form to provide us with more details about your program.
• Report all test results to yourself.
• Include your essay online.
• Upload your activity list and resume.
• Your application status checklist may need to be updated with new requirements after the International School Form has been submitted.

Step Three

To receive a secondary school evaluation that includes a grade-point average computation, applicants whose educational background has not followed a curriculum modeled by the American educational system are advised to submit their academic records to a foreign credential evaluation organization.

In the event that your school uses a curriculum modeled after the United States, you will be required to fill out the Self-reported Student Academic Record (SSAR).

In the event that your institution uses an exam-based curriculum, official or verified copies of your exam results must be submitted.

All other applicants must submit official or certified copies of all secondary school records and secondary school evaluations. Before the application deadline, a foreign credential evaluation organization must evaluate all credentials from non-US universities to include a grade point average that is comparable to that in the United States. A member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services is someone we advise. Every academic record, whether it be in English or the original language, must have a certified translation attached.

Step Four

The results of the English proficiency exam should be self-reported by applicants whose native tongue is not English.
