Makerere University MasterCard Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants need to meet the requirements for entry into a Master’s Degree Programme at Makerere University-Main Campus and must submit an application for admission to the university. Only applicants who are accepted will be evaluated for the scholarship.
- Candidates must have finished their Bachelor’s Degree education in an African nation.
- Applications are limited to those experiencing considerable financial difficulties, showing a necessity for financial aid to further their education.
- Candidates should exhibit leadership abilities and possess a history of community involvement or volunteer work.
- Applicants must not possess any other scholarship and should not have enrolled in or finished any other master’s programs.
- Candidates must be 35 years old or younger at the application deadline. Nonetheless, individuals applying as refugees and students with disabilities should not surpass the age of 40.
- Individuals seeking refugee status must be acknowledged and recorded, supplying evidence of refugee status (refugee attestation) along with the application form.
