Excellence Scholarships for Undergraduate Students

Funding Sources: The University of St.Gallen, the St.Galler Stiftung für Internationale Studien (SSIS), and the Monique Dornonville de la Cour – Stiftung partner with the Advice Center for Study Funding to provide these scholarships.

Master’s Excellence Scholarships

  • Annual grants of CHF 20,000 are provided each program.

Supplementary Scholarships

  • Master’s programs may provide their own merit-based scholarships. For further information, kindly reach out to your designated Master’s program representative.

Foundations of Partner Study

The University of St. Gallen collaborates with the Swiss Study Foundation and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. Students demonstrating exceptional academic achievement may be recommended by the Advice Center for Study Funding to these foundations.

Criteria for Eligibility

Excellence Scholarships for Undergraduate Students

Master’s Excellence Scholarships

  • Eligibility Criteria: Exceptionally skilled international students with a validated foreign Bachelor’s degree and seeking a Master’s degree in an English-language program at HSG are qualified.

Application Process

Excellence Scholarships for Undergraduate Students

The Study Funding Advice Center identifies qualified students and asks them to submit applications. Applications submitted without an invitation are not permitted.

Master’s Excellence Scholarships

The Advice Center for Study Funding selects exceptional students according to specific criteria and requests them to provide supplementary documents. Representatives of the master’s program make the ultimate decision about the selection of scholarship recipients.
