Who Can Apply for the Open Doors Scholarship in 2027?
The Open Doors Scholarship is for foreign citizens, stateless individuals, and compatriots living abroad who meet the prerequisites for the selected academic programme.
Bachelor’s Track Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
- You must be between 16 and 23 years old at the time of sign-up.
- Have not yet obtained a bachelor’s degree or specialist/master’s degree.
- Have completed or are completing secondary education that entitles them to university entry in their country.
Master’s Track Prerequisites
Applicants should:
- 20 years of age or older and younger than 33 years of age.
- Do not already have a specialist or master’s degree.
- Possess a completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree
Doctoral Track Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 22 and 35 years old.
- Do not have a doctorate.
- The applicant must have completed or be currently working on a speciality or master’s degree.
Postdoctoral Track Requirements
The applicant must:
- Be aged between 24 and 39 years.
- Doctoral (PhD or equivalent) degree.
