Attention: Individuals applying for online studies from Indonesia are not eligible, unless they currently live in Osaka.
Eligibility Requirements
- Students with a deep fascination for Japanese culture and society
- Individuals who are self-financed and have been accepted (or are in the acceptance process) at a qualifying university.
- Students with financial need
- Academic performance:
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for undergraduates.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for a master’s degree.
- Ability or eagerness to acquire Japanese.

- Monthly living stipend: 130,000 JPY
