Ryanair, Europe’s biggest airline group, is excited to say that it is now accepting applications for its Commercial Graduate Program 2025. This program gives recent college graduates a unique chance to start their careers in aviation. This prestigious program, which is based in Dublin, Ireland, gives students a unique chance to learn about the airline business and promises the fastest job growth possible.

Graduates will work in four main areas: Commercial Finance, Scheduling, Revenue Management (Yield), and Route Development. They will get hands-on experience and guidance from Ryanair’s top workers in each area.

Finance for businesses:

  • Make notes on how profitable routes are and look at markets.
  • Check out new route options and help with strategy projects.

Making plans:

  • Make the Ryanair fleet’s plan work better.
  • Take care of slot holdings at major airports and look at how well schedules work.

Management of Revenue (Yield):

  • Drive more sales and meet your load factor goals.
  • Review the market and come up with proactive price plans.

Creating the route:

  • Get to know the airports and push for new low-cost areas.
  • Work with the Operations team at Ryanair.

Criteria for Eligibility

  • Studies in a related degree program and either have a 2.1 or higher or be on track to do so. Must have graduated or finished college no earlier than 2023.
  • They must be able to live, work, and move freely in Ireland and across the network.
  • Strong analytical skills to improve quality, speed, and ongoing progress
  • Strong organizational and people skills; able to work in a fast-paced and stressful setting
  • The ability to do things on your own
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and writing
  • PC Skills (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more)
  • They are funny and don’t take themselves too seriously.

Steps for Applying

People who want to apply should do so as soon as possible, since the deadline is January 31, 2025. Ryanair looks for people who are entrepreneurial and want to help the airline continue to be successful in a face-to-face interview as part of the process.
