Evaluation of Scholarship Application and Announcement of Outcomes

  • The institution will perform an initial assessment of the applicant’s documents. Individuals who successfully complete the preliminary review will participate in video interviews organized by academic departments. University enrollment will be determined through competitive selection based on the applicant’s research aptitude, academic achievements, language competency, and performance in video interviews, among other criteria.
  • The list of scholarship recipients for postgraduate studies will be submitted to the China Scholarship Council for evaluation within the designated timeframes, as stipulated by CSC’s regulations.
  • Following the assessment and approval of the name list by the China Scholarship Council, the institution will inform the scholarship recipients by the end of July or the beginning of August 2025. The admission documents will then be dispatched to them.

  • Scholarship students are prohibited from altering their institutions, academic programs, or the term of study indicated in the Admission Notice.
