Eligibility Requirements

Prospective applicants must meet the following conditions:

Be a non-Chinese citizen in good health.
Meet the age limit: under 25 for Bachelor’s, under 35 for Master’s, and under 40 for PhD programs.
Not hold any other Chinese government or organizational scholarship simultaneously.

However, the scholarship does not cover students in joint degree programs, native/third language literature studies, or English-taught undergraduate programs.
