Requirements for the McGill University McCall MacBain Scholarship

1. Current Bachelor’s Degree Students

  • You may be eligible if you are presently enrolled in your first bachelor’s degree and are on a schedule to complete it by August 2027.

2. Recent Bachelor’s Degree Graduates

  • Applicants who received their first bachelor’s degree within the last five years may also qualify.

3. Applicants who graduated more than 5 years ago

  • Applicants who received their first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago may still be eligible if they are 30 years old or younger in 2026 and meet the other conditions of the programme.

4. Bachelor’s Degree Requirement

  • Applicants should have or be on track to obtain a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification recognised by McGill University.
  • The degree must meet the academic admission standards for the relevant McGill programme.

5. McGill Admission Requirements

  • Candidates must also satisfy the minimal academic and language standards for admission to the McGill master’s or qualifying professional programme of their choice.
