About This Scholarship
The TECH Scholarship goes beyond financial aid—it’s about creating opportunities. Four outstanding Master’s students will be chosen to receive €8,400 in assistance, along with career-enhancing prospects in Austria’s technology-focused sectors. You will excel in your discipline academically while also becoming a part of Carinthia’s professional network, acquiring essential skills, connections, and employment opportunities.
Scholarship Benefits
- 1st & 2nd Semester: Get a monthly allowance of €700 to assist with your educational and living costs.
- 3rd & 4th Semester: Engage in the industry through a part-time role (maximum 20 hours/week) at one of CUAS’s affiliated companies or research divisions.
- Complimentary German Language Classes: Ranging from beginner to immersion, providing you with a competitive advantage in Austria’s employment sector.

Eligibility Requirements
For consideration for the TECH Scholarship 2026, you need to:
- Possess a strong Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a related area).
- Must not be an Austrian resident or citizen when applying.
- Hold nationality from Europe, South America, or Mexico (eligible countries list applies).
- Gain acceptance into one of CUAS’s qualifying Master’s programs.
- Do not currently possess a Master’s degree.
- Commit to covering tuition fees along with the ÖH contribution (payment available starting mid-January 2026).
