Job Summary
Our client in the NGO sector is actively looking for a seasoned, forward-thinking, and outcome-focused country manager to become part of their team.
In your role as a country manager, you will oversee every aspect of projects, programs, and administrative responsibilities, which encompasses strategy execution, team leadership, partnership building, and donor interactions.
The perfect candidate must be able to assist in organizing, planning, and coordinating the organization’s events.

Duties
- Participate in public relations, represent the organization at key meetings to enhance brand awareness, and identify and pursue local market growth opportunities that align with the company’s values.
- Oversee fundraising initiatives to secure the financial resources required for the organization, and devise and implement strategies crucial for achieving long-term objectives.
- Build and sustain relationships with various stakeholders, including customers, employees, suppliers, government entities, and local partners.
- Organize, allocate funds, and provide regular updates on essential performance metrics and overall business outcomes to the corporate office, making sure that resources are used efficiently.
- Perform market analysis to collect essential information to guide informed business decisions, while complying with corporate policies, local laws, and regulations.
Skills and Requirements
- A master’s degree in business administration, international business, or a related field is usually preferred for a country manager role.
- Five to seven years of proven experience in a managerial or similar leadership role.
- Specialization in project implementation and financing.
- Robust leadership, cultural sensitivity, and flexibility abilities.
- The perfect applicant should live or be open to living in the Central Region.
