Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and kitchen
Manage key performance indicators, including COGS, financial performance, and staff rostering
Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to deliver the ZSG customer experience
Ensure consistent delivery of ZSG food quality and food safety standards
Prepare and cook food, and manage the ordering of food supplies
Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Communicate and resolve food preparation and service issues with managers and front-of-house staff
Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members

Requirements

Highly motivated, hands-on leader with a strong ownership mindset
Genuine passion for food and restaurant operations
Positive, proactive, “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build, lead, and manage efficient teams
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or kitchen management (preferred)
