Steps to purchasing a UG Application voucher via USSD
University of Ghana online application E-VOUCHERS and how to purchase them. The general public is hereby informed about the Univerity of Ghana admission. Interested applicants should follow the steps underlined below to purchase their forms.
Please note that this information applies only to Ghanaian (diploma/HND to degree, undergraduate & postgraduate) applicants. However, it does not apply to Ghanaians (undergraduate) applying from abroad)
Follow these 4 easy steps to purchase an application e-voucher:
- Dial *887*18# on all networks
- Enter UG
- Authorise Payment
- User receives e-voucher via SMS after successful payment.
In a situation where the user does not receive an SMS after a period of successfully completing the transaction, they can retrieve the e-voucher using the following steps:
To Retrieve E-Voucher:
- Dial *887*18#
- Select “Yes”
- Select “Retrieve E-Voucher”
- The details of the E-Voucher are displayed (ie University of Ghana, Serial Number, and PIN)
University of Ghana Undergraduate Admission Requirements
The management of the University of Ghana invites applications from interested applicants into undergraduate degree programs for the 2022/2023 academic year. Prospective applicants should take note of the following:
WASSCE/SSSCE ENTRY
Requirements
General Entry Requirements: Legon Campus, Accra City Campus, and Korle Bu Campus.
An applicant for admission to a degree program at the University of Ghana must have a minimum credit of (A1 – C6 in WASSCE and A – D in SSSCE) in English, Core Mathematics, and Integrated Science (for Science related programs) or Social Studies (for non-Science related programs) and three elective subjects in Science for applicants applying to Science or Agriculture related disciplines or three elective subjects in General Arts/Business for applicants applying to non-science related filed, with an aggregate not exceeding 24.
Also, Science applicants should have a minimum grade of C6 in WASSCE/D in SSSCE in Social Studies/Life Skills and non-Science applicants should also have at least a grade of C6 in WASSCE/D IN SSSCE in Integrated Science/Core Science.
