Appointments are first-come, first-served, so it’s wise to book early—two months in advance for Schengen visas and three months for national visas, including the Non-Working Residence Visa.

2. In-Person Application Submission

After securing an appointment, applicants must visit the Spanish Consulate at Level 7, 564 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. Bring all required documents.
