Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Python tools supporting electrical system development and testing
- Own internal engineering and production tooling codebases and workflows
- Build automated testing solutions used by Quality, Support, and Production teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups on next-generation products
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to peers
- Support data collection and analysis pipelines for manufacturing processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and toolchains
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Strong Python skills with experience delivering maintainable production systems
- Solid Linux experience
- Ability to understand and discuss electrical systems and architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in international teams
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions), Flask/web UIs, or HIL testing is a plus
