About Role

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Python tools supporting electrical system development and testing
Own internal engineering and production tooling codebases and workflows
Build automated testing solutions used by Quality, Support, and Production teams
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering groups on next-generation products
Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to peers
Support data collection and analysis pipelines for manufacturing processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and toolchains

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of professional software development experience
Strong Python skills with experience delivering maintainable production systems
Solid Linux experience
Ability to understand and discuss electrical systems and architectures
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in international teams
Experience with Docker, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions), Flask/web UIs, or HIL testing is a plus
