Core Responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact on-site, you will oversee the complete cycle of logistics activities from pickup initiation to final reporting, ensuring accountability and smooth execution.

Coordinate Daily Pickups: Efficiently manage and schedule all daily pickup operations directly at assigned client locations, optimizing for timeliness and accuracy.
Process Pickup Details: Receive, verify, and accurately log all incoming pickup requests and shipping instructions from clients.
Generate Shipping Documentation: Create and issue official waybills and other necessary shipping documents in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Inspect and Verify Shipments: Conduct thorough physical inspections to verify pickup quantities, package conditions, and special handling requirements, particularly for sensitive goods.
Supervise On-Site Operations: Directly supervise loading activities and ground staff at the client site to ensure adherence to procedures and safety protocols.
Serve as Operational Liaison: Function as the key communication link between the shipper (client), Skynet Express head office, and the consignee, relaying critical information and updates.
Manage Documentation Flow: Receive, collate, and promptly submit all return copies and proof-of-delivery documents to the head office for processing and records.
Track Consignments and Report Issues: Actively monitor shipment status, promptly identify any delivery-related issues, and escalate reports to ensure swift resolution.
Address Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to all client questions regarding pickup schedules, shipment status, and company policies.
Resolve Client Complaints: Actively engage in resolving customer complaints effectively, following company procedures to restore satisfaction and maintain service standards.
Prepare Operational Reports: Compile and submit detailed daily pickup reports, capturing key metrics, incidents, and operational summaries for management review.

Required Qualifications and Professional Competencies:

To excel in this hands-on coordination role, you will need a specific blend of education, specialized experience, and personal skills.

You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Environmental Studies, or a closely related business field.
You possess over five years of practical experience in distribution and warehouse operations, with a strong preference for candidates from the pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics sector.
You have at least three years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity, including direct experience managing cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive shipments.
You demonstrate a solid working knowledge of end-to-end logistics, supply chain principles, and health commodity distribution regulations.
You exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to quality control and regulatory compliance in all operations.
You possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities to manage complex on-site situations.
You have effective communication and coordination skills, alongside proven team leadership capabilities.
