Ghanaian songstress, Sista Afia has expressed her disappointment in Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari.
Following the recent protests in Nigeria which unfortunately caused many people injured and others being killed,
Various top personalities were being called upon to do something about the situation that was getting worse and worse as time went by. President Akuffo Addo, of Ghana was not left out because of his position as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Chairman. He responded accordingly and few moments later, President Buhari of Nigeria also reacted.
President Buhari took to his Twitter page to pay tribute to officers of the Nigerian Police Force who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
He tweeted;
“Let me pay tribute to officers of the Nigeria Police Force who have tragically lost their lives in the line of duty”
Sista Afia with a screenshot of President Buhari’s statement captioned if he is actually serious in the tweet. To her, the president did not at least think about his citizens at the time of typing the message. She seemed surprised that the president did not address his citizens too in his post.
