Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has revealed that he is ever ready to embark on a project to help develop talents in the country.
According to the SM boss, there are lots of talents in the country and they are not getting the needed support and exposure to exhibit their talent.
He bemoaned in an interview with MzGee on 3FM’s Showbiz 927 that most talents don’t get the needed guidance to show what they have been gifted with.
The SM boss stated that he is willing to help some of these talented individuals.
While he is willing to help some of these talents, the Shatta Movement boss called on others who are capable enough to do the sam in order to help build the industry.
He emphasized that lack of adequate investors in the Ghanaian music industry is very disturbing.
During the interview, Shatta Wale pleaded with the government, benevolent individuals and others to invest in the entertainment sector in the country.
The award winning artiste has had a very successful year as he keeps shining and making the country proud with numerous achievements.
He has been internationally recognized as he successfully collaborated with Superstar Beyoncé. It’s been hinted that a new song featuring Shatta Wale and Ed Sheeran is set to be released soon.
