About the Role

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for hybrid observability across on-prem, cloud, and containerized environments
Conduct deep customer research to identify operational pain points and validate product decisions
Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-impact features
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Design, and Customer Success
Drive go-to-market initiatives, including launches, positioning, and sales enablement
Monitor competitive trends and maintain product differentiation
Establish and track KPIs related to adoption, usage, reliability, and customer value

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Manager in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure platforms
Strong understanding of hybrid IT environments, cloud services, and Kubernetes ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to build and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
