Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data architectures on AWS
Lead data engineering and cloud platform projects from concept to production
Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards
Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and orchestration workflows
Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) for platform deployment
Write hands-on Python and SQL to prototype solutions and set technical standards
Optimize performance for large datasets and manage platforms such as Redshift, PostgreSQL, DuckDB, and Iceberg tables
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor technical teams across projects

Requirements

10+ years of experience in cloud data engineering and architecture
