Security Supervisor at a Rural Bank

A rural bank in the Ashanti Region requires the services of a Security Supervisor

SUMMARY OF THE JOB

• The Security Supervisor will be in charge of watching over the Bank’s security systems day and night.
• Watch over and organize the work of a group of hired security guards and night security guards on the bank’s property.
• Make sure all guards are on duty at all times and give them their daily tasks.
• Check on how well the hired security guards are doing their jobs.
• Keep an eye on the site’s internal alarm system and the video and electronic controls surveillance system and send out an alert when necessary.
• Respond to security emergencies and give or set up help right away;
• Outside of work hours, call the emergency services and, if necessary, give first aid Tell your boss about all incidents and events that happen, and also tell him or her about technical issues.
• During special events, take care of security and safety.
• Keep working closely with the police, the military, the fire department, and any other emergency services that may be needed.
• Make security protocols and security plans for the bank that will help them be ready for emergencies.
• Help with questions and investigations when security problems affect the bank’s people or property.
• Help staff in the event of a security emergency and help coordinate the response. Do other tasks that are related as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• The person must have been a police officer or soldier in Ghana in the past.
• They have to live in the Ashanti Region.
• The current photograph must be scanned.
• At least an O’ level certificate, or any other certificate in security management.
