SECURITY COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
Pans, oversees and coordinates security activities in the hospital.
Supervises external security officers in the performance of their duties to ensure the security and safety of life and property of staff and clients.
Organises orientations and on-site training for external security officers on the hospital’s policies, values and security requirement.
Ensures the implementation and compliance of security policies, procedures and Programmes of the hospital.
Liaises with managers of the external security companies
Maintains record of up-to-date knowledge of threats/risks assessment to property, assets and personnel
Investigates security breaches and report on same to Management Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification
The suitable candidate must possess the following:
A diploma or degree in Security management or in a related field
A considerable experience of security related matters for not less than 5 years
Police and military experience will be an added advantage Experience as a Security Coordinator or Manager for a corporate institution
Must be 40 years or more
Experience in CCTV and digital surveillance Network in the Ghanaian security space
Ability to conduct corporate Investigations Knowledge of Technology and digital security
Security Intelligence
Good command over the English Language Critical and Analytical
