2. RELIABILITY ASSESSMENT
Forms for reliability screening will be completed by you. By doing this, you establish your reliability when handling private data. Be totally truthful when completing the necessary forms because the Canadian Forces shall verify all of your submissions.
3. APTITUDE TEST
You’ll take an aptitude test to help determine which military specialties you might be most qualified for. The intelligence test will assess your verbal, spatial, and problem-solving abilities.

Also, you will take a personality questionnaire, which offers details on your individual traits and qualities, during the testing session.
4. MEDICAL EXAM
Next, you’ll have a two-part medical examination: A questionnaire about your medical history, which includes details about your medications, comes first. The medical personnel will then perform a physical examination to gauge your height, and weight, and assess your hearing, eyesight, and perception of color.
Reviewing your medical records in the second stage will help you identify any limits that could hinder your training and career.
An interview with an army career counselor is the final step in the process; it’s your official employment interview and a crucial one. You will be questioned about your professional experience, understanding of the Canadian Forces, and comprehension of the position you chose during the highly competitive application process.
