Key Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

Utilize your industry knowledge to enhance Repair Depot and Service Center processes.
Implement and support SAP systems for effective service management.
Configure SAP Service Management (SM) modules and integrate them with other SAP components.
Assist with day-to-day user support, addressing system issues and service requests.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Design, build, test, and implement SAP and non-SAP solutions to meet business needs.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
A strong ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA is a plus.
Proven ability to support day-to-day user issues and system requests.
