We are looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator to manage a sales force and make sure company objectives are met. As a liaison, you will provide top management with pertinent feedback from sales representatives and customers.

- Assist the sales team in coordinating with suppliers and customers and carrying out daily orders.
- Following order confirmation, draft and compile sales contracts, making sure the supplier’s order complies with the requirements specified in the customer’s purchase order and order confirmation.
- In charge of creating delivery orders and handling shipping, transportation, and commercial invoice processing in compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Whether working with a supplier or a client, prepare, examine, and negotiate the conditions of the draft Letter of Credit while making sure all company policies and approvals are followed.
- Draft the purchase order to the supplier (for projects or back-to-back contracts) and worked with the sales team to ensure that the order was fulfilled.
- Keep the client and sales team updated on order manufacturing status, vessel details, and delivery dates by following up with suppliers or mills.
- In charge of the paperwork needed to carry out and complete an order’s shipment.
- Address grievances from clients and offer after-sale assistance as needed.
- Putting financial and non-financial data in electronic format, arranging it, and generating reports
- Observing the sales team’s performance, identifying flaws, and making recommendations for improvements
- Assist in organizing and setting up events and advertising materials
- Ensure adherence to the guidelines and protocols of perfect vision.
- Act as a point of contact for the production, finance, and sales teams.
- As directed by the sales managers, create sales reports.

- Outstanding character, ability to work in a team, and willingness to take the initiative.
- Outstanding writing and verbal English communication skills Organized, driven, and able to fulfill deadlines with meticulous attention to detail (in documentation).
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or administration
- A minimum of one to two years experience as a professional sales coordinator.
- It is necessary to have prior sales experience; it is advantageous to have prior sales coordinator or administrative expertise.
- Applicants have to be Saudi Arabian citizens.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
