Sales and Marketing Manager At Real Estate company

A reputable Real Estate company based in Accra is seeking to recruit energetic, hardworking experienced, dedicated, and committed persons as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Position Summary of Sales and Marketing Manager

• To have oversight of the Sales & Marketing impact of the business, day-to-day transactions, and processes to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with Marketing Strategy.

Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic Marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Develop and manage Sales & Marketing operating budget.
• Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly targets
• Manage daily growth and development of
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotional activities
• Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire sales team members to achieve the objectives of the department.
• Monitor and follow up on specific assigned tasks and project deliverables
• Compile, control and monitor the budget in accordance with specific allocation limits.
• Draft, review, and implement subject related policies, regulations, procedures, and system of operations
• Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trends and modern market opportunities.
• Provide guidance to personnel on the application of procedures
• Develop and maintain an efficient customer relationship management system
• Develop knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management
• Participate in the recruitment process and determine staffing levels for the sales and training Marketing Department.
• Provide recommendation development for subordinates.
• Analyze statistical information pertaining to staff attendance, leave and address deviations or occurrences of abuse and conflict through the implementation of corrective measures in accordance with HR Policies and Procedures

EXPERIENCE, and QUALIFICATION of Sales and Marketing Manager

• Minimum of 20 years of experience within the Real Estate/Property Development industry with 5 years of Management Role experience.
• Relevant bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar Relevant Professional certificate such as Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM or similar)
• Must be fluent in English and any two Ghanaian
