Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction

- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues effectively
- Monitor operational costs, budgets, and financial performance

Requirements
