Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Ensure high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and team development
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues effectively
  • Monitor operational costs, budgets, and financial performance

Requirements
