Agresearch Lead is a Ghanaian market research and evaluation firm which seeks the services of a Research Associate for a baseline study in Northern Ghana.
Job Location: Northern region
Job Description and outputs:
- Development of data collection instruments
- Support in enumerators training
- Supervise Data Analyst and quality assure the data analysis process
- Prepare and submit a comprehensive baseline assessment report
- Develop a strategic business plan
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years experience in research consultancy or Masters degree with 2 years experience in research consultancy
- Ability to develop data collection instruments taking into account all evaluation questions and key project indicators
- At least 2 years experience in training facilitation and supervision
- Ability to develop comprehensive reports (sample should be submitted)
- Ability to develop Bankable business plan
- Ability to use STATA or SPSS
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
