We are hiring Research Assistant
Job Duties
- Engage clinical and community partners in research
- Market training and technical assistance resources to clinical partners and academic investigators.
- Develop assessment and evaluation tools
- Compile data for progress reports
Qualification Required & Experience
- Have intermediate to Advance proficiency in English language verbal and written communication
- Good knowledge of use of Excel/SPSS, creating Google docs and other database software and referencing tools
- Writing proposals
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have good time management skills
- Exhibit high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Have good human relations
- Have good communication skills
- Live within Accra
- Be ready to work on weekends occasionally
Experience
- First Degree
- Should have a research project to proof
- Should have conducted original research so he/she knows what it involves
