Job Title: Director of Business Operations
Job Description
Our client uses cutting-edge technology to help agricultural manufacturers. They need an experienced Director of Business Operations to join their team and report to the Regional Head Operations Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all planned and approved activities to make sure they are in line with production, processing, and standards.
- Makes monthly reports, insights, and analyses that follow the policies and standards of the company and the government.
- Manage the whole team that makes things.
- Look into the market and do some research.
- Make plans based on how the business thinks it will make money and how productive it will be.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Master’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, statistics, or a related field.
- Must have worked in Business and Operational for at least seven years. Lead roles in the manufacturing of agricultural products.
- Having a degree in project management is a plus.
- Critical thinking and how to solve problems are important.
- Knowledge of how to use statistical programming languages to ask questions of databases.
- Before, they dealt with business-to-consumer, business-to-business, and business-to-business-to-consumer operations.
- Excellent people skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Learn how to use the MS Office suite and other similar programs.
