3. Use online tools and social networking sites to advertise job openings, track candidates throughout the hiring process, and analyze hiring trends.
4. Employing hiring analytics software to evaluate the outcomes of applicant interviews and position placements.
5. Assessing the efficacy of recruiters and software and making further suggestions for improvements.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a similar discipline.
2. 3-5 years of successful personnel placement experience as a recruiting professional.
3. The capacity to organize team activities and also function within a team.

• RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

1. A multinational corporation in Qatar recruiting 5 Recruitment Operation Coordinators:
2. Logistics and mobilization for applicants; offer management; and recruitment administration
3. 6-month agreement with the possibility of further extension
4. Applicant must also be capable of working right away and in Qatar with a valid visa

• HR AND RECRUITMENT ADMIN

Responsibilities

1. Tasked with developing and preparing long-term recruitment strategies and personnel planning
2. Analyze jobs and tasks to compile job specifications and goals.
3. Prepare hiring materials and publish positions on the proper employment boards, newspapers, institutions, etc.
4. Conduct interview rounds using several techniques to narrow down the pool of candidates. Also, conduct assessment tests and interview evaluations with the line manager.
5. Organize the prompt processing of new joiner agreements and pre-employment prerequisites.
6. Assist the PR Department with finalizing the paperwork needed to process new visas.

Requirements

1. At least four years of work experience in HR and recruitment are required.
2. Specifically Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related field; a master’s degree is advantageous.

• OPERATION AND HR

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that HR procedures are followed and implemented throughout the whole organization.
2. Creating addenda and employment contracts. Maintain current employee records.
3. Administration of benefits for employees including taking minutes and organizing HR tasks (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).
4. Assist with initial interviews with prospective individuals like setting up interviews and coordinating correspondence with candidates.
5. Respond to employee inquiries about rules, regulations, and human resources-related issues.
6. Handle customer complaints and grievance processes properly Maintain the HR database and make sure that important HR data is kept up to date, such as records of recruiting and immigration.
7. Support additional operational tasks as needed and assist the country manager, the operations team, and the HR department.
8. Lastly, participate in daily HR operations with a partner and take on additional duties.

Key competencies needed:

1. Degree in human resources or psychology;
2. 5 years or less of experience in the main HR functions
