Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and position requirements
Prepare candidate submission packages and coordinate onboarding processes
Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and international hiring initiatives
Lead Temporary Foreign Worker Program activities, including coordination with immigration partners
Build talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and social platforms
Maintain strong relationships with branch leaders and regional stakeholders
Support grassroots recruitment with colleges and universities for apprenticeships and graduate programs
Contribute to organizational mapping and strategic workforce planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a multi-site or branch-based organization
Working knowledge of workforce planning and candidate pipelining
Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now (asset)
Understanding of Canadian employment standards and HR processes
Experience with international recruitment, LMIA submissions, or TFWP processes preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office and digital sourcing tools
Willingness to travel up to 20%
