About Role

The Recruiter & Field Operations Trainer operates at the intersection of People & Culture and Operations, reporting directly to executive leadership. The position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for landscape labor crews, including seasonal H-2B workers, while also delivering on-site onboarding, safety reinforcement, and culture alignment across multiple field locations.

This is a field-facing role requiring regular travel between job sites. The successful candidate will partner closely with supervisors and foremen to ensure crews are fully staffed, well-trained, compliant, and aligned with company performance standards. Key performance metrics include time-to-fill rates, retention outcomes, onboarding completion, H-2B compliance milestones, and safety performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and year-round landscape labor crews

  • Support and coordinate the H-2B recruiting and compliance process

  • Travel between job sites to deliver training on safety, productivity, and company standards

Requirements
