About Role

The Recruiter & Field Operations Trainer operates at the intersection of People & Culture and Operations, reporting directly to executive leadership. Key performance metrics include time-to-fill rates, retention outcomes, onboarding completion, H-2B compliance milestones, and safety performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and year-round landscape labor crews
Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates aligned with operational workforce needs
Support and coordinate the H-2B recruiting and compliance process
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
Travel between job sites to deliver training on safety, productivity, and company standards
Reinforce organizational culture, professionalism, and performance expectations

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
