The Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst will support European acquisitions, fund management, and portfolio oversight effectively. Job Duties

Support the execution of European real estate acquisitions across multiple asset classes effectively and efficiently.
Conduct financial analysis and modelling to inform strategic investment decisions and mitigate associated risks.
Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and preparation of investment committee materials for senior review.
Monitor portfolio performance, prepare reports, and contribute to fund and asset management activities consistently.
Collaborate with senior team members from sourcing to execution and ongoing asset management responsibilities.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance investment strategies and optimize portfolio outcomes regularly.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and investment standards rigorously.

Job Requirements

6–12 months’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or related investment roles is essential.
Exposure to real estate or adjacent sectors is strongly preferred but not mandatory for eligibility.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and quantitative skills with attention to detail consistently demonstrated.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a lean team environment.
Based in London or willing to relocate to participate fully in on-site activities and training.
UK citizenship preferred; visa sponsorship may be offered to highly qualified candidates if required.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities successfully.
