Popular Kumawood Actor, Ras Nene has in recent times made shocking revelations about himself about how he used to smoke weed.
The actor has disclosed that he started smoking at a very tender age and that he smoked weed for 25 years.
In a recent interview with Ghanaian Blogger Zionfelix on his “uncut show”, Ras Nene said he started smoking around nine years old. He continued that he learnt how to smoke from certain adults he used to be free with in his vicinity when he was growing up.
According to Ras Nene, these influential adults in his vicinity used to send him on errands for him to buy for them “wee” so gradually, he followed their footsteps in smoking.
He added that after learning how to smoke from those adults, he was not able to stop until after 25 years.
He said that he has stopped smoking for good. He mentioned that he advised himself to end smoking when he realized the negative impacts and effects smoking can have on someone.
With this and others said, the actor then advised that people do not go into smoking due to the bad effect and influence it can bring to ones life. He however said that in case an adult still insists on smoking, they should at least hide it from children so that they don’t badly influence the children like some people did to him.
